- -The colourful foam blocks in Room 4 had bite marks; this is a potential choking hazard. Please remove all damaged blocks. Foam blocks are not recommended in toddler rooms for this reason.

- -There was some glitter in Room 4 that did not have a non-toxic label. Please remove. Please ensure all craft supplies (ex. paints, glues, glitter) have a non-toxic label.-Water beads were observed in Room 4. Please remove and do not use as they are a hazard.-Borax was observed in Room 1; this prohibited for use by children. Please remove.
