    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The iodine sanitizer bulk bottle connected to the dishwasher was noted to be empty at the time of inspection. The bottle was replaced and the available staff member was informed. Upon several dishwashing cycles after, no iodine sanitizer was measured to be dispensing (0ppm) for the dishwasher. The staff member was asked to use the three-compartment sink in the kitchen for dishwashing until the dishwasher is repaired.Please ensure that the dishwasher is repaired and operating in a manner that ensures proper cleaning and sanitizing of glassware.

The ceiling of the walk-in cooler was also observed to be in need of cleaning. Please ensure that the noted areas are cleaned to ensure safe and sanitary food handling.
