- Bleach sanitizer spray bottle in the games room is not labelled. Label spray bottle.

- Ice bucket in the games room was left with standing water and ice scoop edges appear grimy. Clean, rinse, sanitize and air dry the ice bucket and scoop after any function. Standing water creates conditions for bacteria and mildew to grow.
