      • The wall in hello ocean room on the left side has paint chipping off. - Repaint the wall.**Update from December 22,2025** The operator reported that there were plans to repaint the room during the holidays.

      • 1) Bleach solution was measured at 250 ppm in Hello baby room. - Ensure that bleach solution is maintained at 100 ppm as overuse of chemicals can leave residue and can contaminate food or irritate children's skin.2)Bleach solution bottles throughout the facility were not labeled. - Ensure to label the bleach solution bottles with the contents of the bottle.

      • The sleeping cots throughout the facility were stored such that the linens were touching.- Ensure to store linens such that different children's linens are not touching each other.

      • 1) The facility is using regular flour for playdough making. - The facility was made aware of the new requirements, and the operator was asked to not use the playdough made with regular flour. Arts & Crafts Safety document sent via email. 2)Used cleaning clothes throughout the facility were observed on the counters. - Ensure to have a clean and dirty bin or use paper towels instead of cleaning clothes.
