- Clean tweezers were not kept in sanitary condition during transportation for mobile services. Please ensure that clean and dirty tools are kept separate during transportation.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Accel Intervention surface disinfectant expired in February and April 2026, and no acceptable disinfectant was available. Obtain an appropriate disinfectant for surfaces disinfection.
