      • Cots arranged on the floor for sleeping did not have the required 60 cm of open space on all sides. - The director was informed to rearrange the cots such that there is 60 cm of open space on all sides. - Develop a sleep floor map/plan for the preschool and toddler rooms and ensure all staff are aware on the cot sleeping arrangement.

      • There is a gap on the bottom of the back exit door leading to the playground.Install a weather stripping on this door to prevent pest entry.
