- The hand sink did not have paper towel. The operator indicated they use the tea towel beside the sink. Cloth towels are not to be used to dry hands as this can spread contamination and/or recontaminate your hands if the towel is dirty.*** Please ensure the sink is supplied with paper towel and that paper towel is used to dry hands. ***

- The exterior exhaust vent for the cooking ventilation hood is very greasy and dirty, dripping down the exterior of the building. This condition will attract pests.*** Please ensure that the entire cooking hood ventilation system is professionally cleaned on a regular basis. ***
