      • 1) Chemical (methyl hydrate) was stored right next to the flat of bottled water.in the storage area at the back of facility.2) Propane cylinder was observed to be stored inside the enclosed storage area along with food items.**The storage room near the display freezers inside the store and the one at the back of facility needs to be cleaned and reorganized, make sure to store food items away from the non-food materials, personal use items and chemicals.** Piled up card boxes and recyclables could be source of pest harborage**
