- Coffee creamers containing milk products requiring refrigeration were being stored at the coffee station at room temperature during the inspection. The temperature of the creamers was measured to be 21 degrees Celsius. Coffee creamers which are labelled "keep refrigerated" must be stored at 4 degrees Celsius or less.The bulk bag of coffee creamers was stored in the nearby sandwich cooler. The staff member present at the time was directed to be discarded the temperature abused coffee creamers.
