- Cold water was available, hot water was unavailable. Operators were waiting for plumber. Water pressure was low when both the 2 compartment sink faucet and the hand sink faucet were turned on at the same time. Operators were given permission to serve coffee only and to use the two compartment sink. No other food was allowed to be served/prepared.
