      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the upright coolers in the back where milk & eggs are stored measured 13C
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard milk. Move eggs to other working coolers at 4C or below immediately. Check the temperature of the cooler in an hour and if the temperature does not drop, call for repair.

      • Observation: Alternate paper towel dispenser is in deli area; however it is located directly above the meat slicer. In addition at the time of the inspection meat for slicing was noted located underneath. This could cause cross contamination from splatter/water dripping from handwashing.
      • Corrective Action(s): Relocate paper towel dispenser so that it is not directly over the meat slicing area or remove this dispenser and load wall mounted dispenser (empty at the time of the inspection). Correction date: today.
