    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Washrooms and sinks have been changed in several of the rooms. Discussed handwash sinks for toddler and toddler/baby rooms. Separate diaper handwashing sinks required. Cannot be located next to sink for bottle preparation. Other sinks must be protected from splashes and possible contamination. -Separate diaper handwash sinks being installed in toddler and toddler/baby rooms.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • Toy cleaning and disinfecting in the Toddler/Baby Room and Toddler Room must be done in the kitchen or another equipped nearby room as one of the sinks is used for diaper handwashing and cannot be used for toy cleaning as well. The divider in the Toddler room requires the bolts to be cut down and capped to prevent injury. Each room provided with bleach solution in labelled bottles.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • Water temperature in bathroom between pre-kinder and preschool room is 21C. Water temperature must be increased to between 35 - 49C.
