      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize the dish sink sprayer nozzle head.
      • 2. Discard the ice. Clean and sanitize the interior lid of the ice machine. At the time of inspection, the basin and ice making part of the ice machine appeared to be in a sanitary condition. When cleaning the ice machine, do not forget to clean the interior lid as well.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach spray bottle noted in the dinning area had more than 200 PPM chlorine residual detected. Chlorine test paper was bleached out.
      • Operator discarded the content of the spray bottle and refilled it with 100 PPM of chlorine.
      • Left operator with some chlorine test strips. Please obtain chlorine test strips from your chemical supplier so chlorine residual can be tested to ensure the correct concentration is obtained before using.
