      • Boxes of drinks were stored on the floor in the storage room.Store all foods at least 6 inches off the floor.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Ice scoop was stored in a single-use cup that cannot be washed. Operator stated that cup was replaced with a new one a few times weekly. Inspector instructed operator to store ice scoop in a reuseable holder that can be washed and sanitized frequently. This was done during inspection.
