      • All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. CLEAN THE TWO COMPARTMENT SINK, THE REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER HAS FOOD DEBRIS ALL OVER THEM. ALSO CLEAN THE UTILITY SINK.

      • The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. THE TWO COMPARTMENT SINK LEFT SIDE COMPARTMENT STOPPED UP. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SAME SO WATER GOES DOWN PROPERLY.
