      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A) Did not detect any sanitizer in the glass washer. Bartender changed sanitizer bottle and took apart the glass washer at time of inspection. Glass washer was sanitizing after it was reassembled and the sanitizer bottle was changed.
      • B) Noted reusable wiping cloths stored on counter being use with sanitizer in spray bottle.
      • Corrective Action(s): A) Obtain test strips and ensure glass washer is checked regularly throughout the day (ie. minimum twice a day is recommended)
      • B) Keep reusable cloths stored in sanitizer solution to prevent microbial growth on cloths, otherwise, use single use paper towel to wipe.
