The operator promptly removed the craft items. Please sort through all craft materials and remove anything potentially hazardous to children.

- Child safety locks were missing from the counter cabinets located in the infant where chemicals and miscellaneous items were stored.Please install child safety locks on the cabinets to prevent access to hazards.

- The surfaces of the diaper changing station located in the sr. toddler room was soiled in dirt and loose debris.The operator was instructed to remove the diaper changing mat to clean and sanitize all surfaces.

- There were 2 electric kettles with hot water on the storage countertop beside the pre-kindergarten classroom.The kettles were moved to a locked shelf during inspection. Please keep the electric kettles away from children's access when not in use. Ensure that hot water is not sitting on the countertop unattended to prevent the risk of scalding.

- A Supermax shaving cream that is unsafe for children's use was found on a shelf in the preschool classroom. The shaving cream was discarded by the staff during the inspection. Please obtain a children-safe alternative for shaving cream.
