      • 1) Manicure and pedicure tools were not disinfected properly. PREempt CS20 was expired since May 30, 2024.2) No low level disinfectant available to disinfect the foot tubs..Provide a low level disinfectant such as PREempt RTU to disinfect the foot tub.

      • Reusable cups were used to serve coffee and tea. No sinks or dishwasher available to sanitize the cups. Cups were washed in hair washing sink.Stop serving coffee and tea in reusable cups.Provide single use cups.

      • 1. Nail equipment is not cleaned before it is disinfected.- Ensure nail equipment is cleaned with soap and water first, rinsed, dried and then disinfected.

      • 1. CS20 expired Dec 2022.- Do not use expired disinfectant.2. CS20 is reused, not tested daily to verify adequate strength.- CS20 must be used per manufacturers instructions. Can either be discarded daily, or reused for up to 14 days. If reused for any number of days, then it must be tested daily and this must be recorded on a written log. Log provided by email.3. Barbicide is changed weekly. Concentration appeared to be low, debris in container.- Corrected during inspection, ensure Barbicide is used per manufacturer's instructions.
