     • Concentrated quats sanitizer was on-site and available, but no diluted sanitizer had been mixed. Please mix sanitizer to 200ppm prior to next inspection.
   • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
     • 1. Display cooler and stand up freezer were not plugged in at time of inspection. Ensure all equipment is on and maintaining appropriate temperatures. 2. There was no theremometer in display cooler. Please obtain thermometer for cooler and use to monitor temperature.
   • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
     • There were no quats test strips available. Please ensure quats test strips are available for testing sanitizer solution.
   • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
     • Paper towel dispensers at hand sinks were not yet filled. Ensure all hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels.
