- 9. WATER SOURCE: SAFE, HOT & COLD UNDER CITY PRESSURE
- All food establishments shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot and cold water under pressure properly connected to the city water supply. MUST PROVIDE INCREASED WATER PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE IN MOPSINK AND HANDWASHING SINK IN WASHROOM.

- In all food establishments, toilet facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair and shall include an adequate supply of hot and cold or tempered water, soap, and approved sanitary towels or other approved hand-drying devices. MUST PROVIDE SOAP, DISPOSABLE PAPER TOWELS AND WASTE BASKET IN WASHROOM.

- All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST INSTALL SPLASH GUARD BETWEEN MOP SINK AND HANDSINK IN WASHROOM.

- The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REMOVE PEELING PAINT NEXT TO WASHROOM AND INSIDE WASHROOM. PAINT ALL WALLS AND RAW WOOD AS NEEDED. MUST SEAL ALL HOLES IN WALLS OF REAR STORAGE ROOM AND SCATTERED THROUGHTOUT PREMISES. MUST SEAL LOOSE BASEBOARD IN REAR STOARAGE ROOM AND SCATTERED THROUGHOUT PREMISES. MUST REPLACE ALL DAMAGED CEILING TILES AND CLEAN DUSTY CEILING TILES NEXT TO VENTS. MUST REMOVE MILK CRATES AND PROVIDE PROPER SHELVING (6" OFF FLOOR) BEHIND FRONT COUNTER.
