      • 1. Food items were noted to be stored on the floor at the time of inspection. Please be advised that all food items must be stored at least six inches above the floor. Please do not store food items on the floor. 2. Garbage bags were being used to cover equipment. Please either acquire food grade bags or caps to cover food items. Please do not use garbage bags to cover food equipment as they are not made of food grade material.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand washing dispenser and paper towel dispenser were noted to be empty at the time of inspection. Please ensure that the hand washing sink is fully stocked at all times.

      • The weather strip was noted to be missing from the overhead door. Please install the missing weather strip.

      • 1. Concrete flooring was observed to be in disrepair at the time of inspection. Cracks were noted throughout the flooring. The concrete was noted to be unsealed. Please seal the floor and ensure it is maintained in a smooth, easy-to-clean and moisture resistant state. Please seal the concrete flooring. 2. One of the floor drains was not properly secured. Please secure the floor drain. 3. Bare plywood pellets were being used to secure a food equipment and food items. Please seal all bare plywood pellets and ensure it is maintained in a smooth, easy-to-clean and moisture resistant material.
