      • Toddler room - Diapering was noted to be occurring on the floor. Proper diapering procedure was not being followed. Staff member was noted to be using contaminated hands to grab bulk supply of wipes. Hand washing was not being performed after diapering. Diapering area was not being properly disinfected. Proper diapering procedure was discussed with the operator during the inspection. Please ensure to use designated diapering area for diapering. Please ensure to wash clients and staff hands after diapering. Please ensure to disinfect the diapering surface after diapering.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • Preschool - one of the toilets was not in operational state. Please repair the toilet.
