A disinfectant bowl containing a poured disinfectant was observed but there were no test strips to test the solution. If the high-level disinfectant is re-used, it must be tested each day used and records kept.3. High-level disinfectant testing logs were not observed.Action items.- Purchase a new high-level disinfectant bottle. If the facility does not conduct frequent eye lash extension services, a smaller bottle may be a better option. - Obtain high-level disinfectant test strips.- Maintain a high-level disinfectant testing log sheet. A template will be sent with this report.
