      • The isopropyl alcohol does not contain a DIN or a NPN. The antiseptic product must contain a DIN or NPN issued by Health Canada. Please obtain.

      • Tattooing - No skin cleanser available for the tattoo service. Services that puncture the skin requires a cleansing step followed by the use of an antiseptic. Please obtain a cleanser for the skin.

      • No high-level disinfectant available. The operator has semi-critical tools (tweezers) used for their eye-area esthetics. A high-level disinfectant must be used to disinfect semi-critical tools. Please obtain a high-level disinfectant with a DIN/NPN and ensure the manufacturer's instructions are followed.

      • No disinfection records for the high-level disinfectant. The high-level disinfectant must be tested daily if it is reused and must indicate a pass or fail. Please create a template to record the testing of the high-level disinfectant.

Test strips are required for the high-level disinfectant whenever it is reused for more than a day to test if the concentration is adequate for disinfection.Please obtain the appropriate test strips.
