- Ensure the name of the disinfectant utilized is recorded.
- Ensure the concentration of the disinfectant utilized is recorded.
- Ensure the date the disinfectant was prepared is recorded.
- Ensure that the date the disinfectant must be discarded is recorded.
- Ensure operator maintains records in a secure location onsite for one year and made available to a public heath inspector for two years afterwards.
