     • Observation: Grease and food-related debris building up on the floor in the dish wash station extending to the beverage fridge. This is mostly evident on the floor below sinks, behind dishwasher and under some of the moveable shelves.
     • Also noted a build up of popcorn under two of the display fridges (not in use).
     • Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean noted areas up. Ensure staff are using the shop vac to get to difficult to access popcorn.
