      • Handwash station removed from service and converted to eyewash station, however, the sink chosen is in a primary location need for handwashing (at the primary food prep and handling station.
      • Corrective Action(s): All designated hand wash stations must be fully stocked with above at all times.
      • Make sure staff review prior to each day and throughout the day.
      • The eyewash station must be moved to an alternate location, ideally to a handsink much less used. Call as soon as possible to discuss.

      • Observation: Several areas of the premises observed with an accumulation of food debris or otherwise dirty. They are as follows:
      • - Area below and around hand sink in corner of premises (close to frier station).
      • - Prep cooler inside, out, below and around. Water accumulating below compressor inside unit, building up and dripping out onto left front wheel and onto floor. Ponding water both inside and resulting in development of slime or organic matt. Likely breeding ground for fruit flies.
      • - Area below and behind frier station.
      • - Around and underneath most stainless steel counters.
      • - Walls in premises.
      • - Around and below dairy product dispensers.
      • - Any areas where food, moisture, and grease co-mingle.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean, thouroughly clean (and sanitize where necessary) all identified areas of premises as noted above by re-inspection date noted on report.

      • Corrective Action(s): Obtain minimum two spray bottles for surface sanitizing purposes, one for front area one for back area of premises. Must be present for follow up inspection date noted on report.
      • *Until spray bottles obtained, revert back to red sani-buckets (at 200 ppm quats at 2 hours time limit).
      • **Daily set-up must include the proper implementation of green detergent buckets, sanitizing spray bottles and/or red sani-buckets. Staff must be trained, reminded and monitored to ensure sanitizing equipment is prepared and work environments cleaned and sanitized as per sanitation plan.

      • - around the deep frier stations;
      • - several work surfaces in back and front of premises.
      • Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean up premises focussing on, but limiting cleaning to above noted stations. This must be completed by re-inspection date noted on report.
