     • Corrective Action(s): Scoops must either be:
     • - washed & sanitized after each use (2 min soak in sanitizer)
     • - Stored in a dipper well between use with contiuous water flow
     • - Scoop for each flavor stored in the freezer. be sure to not mix up scoops to prevent cross contamination
     • Operator stated she will purchase new scoops for each flavor and store in freezer - to follow up next week
