- Expired canned product, salad dressings and Mr. Snack sandwiches were observed on the displays in retails area. Expired canned foods had Best before date ranging from 2018 to 2024. PHI Asked the employee to go through all foods in the store and review expiry/best before dates. Expired foods must be removed off the shelves and routine procedure for stock rotation/ checking the expiry dates must be established to prevent this issue from reoccurring.

- Few mouse droppings were observed inside the furnace room. Please have this cleaned and establish pest control program.

- Expired foods noted on the shelves and inside the fridge:- sell by January 25, 24 - 2 packs pepperoni garlic made by Hines Creek Store- sell by Jan 29. 24 - 2 packs pepperoni regular made by Hines Creek store- Del Monte 796mL fruit cans - 1 can with BB date January 2020 and 2 cans expired in 2022.Hunt's 680mL - BB date 2019 PHI asked the store employees to remove all the expired products from the shelves/fridge.

- Inside sink cupboard was very dirty/dust - employees started cleaning during my presence.
