- There was no approved sanitizer on site.Please ensure that you have an approved food grade sanitizer available, at all times.Your choices are: - chlorine ( household bleach contains chlorine ), OR - Quats based sanitizers, OR - Iodine based sanitizer.Please ensure that you also get the appropriate sanitizer testing strips, so that you can check your sanitizer/water solutions so that they are at the proper concentration.

- The front counter hand wash sink - the pump soap dispenser was broken, they are using a squeeze bottle of hand soap in the meantime.Please have the proper soap dispenser repaired and restocked, as soon as possible.
