    Feed Your Soul foods is such a nourishing experience!! I ate the most delicious blueberry sourdough muffin while looking out at the mountains from the lovely patio. The espresso chia bubble iced coffee was so delightful and delicious. I’ve never had chia or bubble tea like this before! Thank you for the best start to my day!!

    Feed Your Soul is pure Kaslo magic. Thoughtfully crafted, deeply nourishing, and honestly some of the best food around — you can taste the care in every bite. The owner is an absolute gem, the staff are wonderful, and the whole place just feels good. The live music “Biscuits & Jam” sessions in the garden patio seal it — the Kootenays vibe at its finest.

    Feed Your Soul does just that! The food tastes ‘real’ and it is. Healthy ingredients collaborating into an alchemical magic of nutrition and taste. I have some favourites like the savoury bites and falafel wraps. But the soups!!! OMG the soups!! Pesto Pea and the Thai soups are the best soups I’ve ever had and I consider myself to be an excellent Soupier. I always pick up a six pack of spanikopitas and they are so hearty and delicious and just one is enough for a meal. Her desserts are exceptional whether it is a simple cookie or an elaborate turtle bar, your sweet tooth will be well satisfied. Dawna takes no shortcuts with her food. She uses only the best ingredients possible and sings into her food and she has an amazing voice!! The location of her kitchen includes the sweetest garden patio and live music often graces a morning weekend brunch. This is a unique destination that will not disappoint. If you want a true Kootenay experience that offers the best the Kootenays has to offer, you want to include Feed Your Soul on your itinerary.

    Sweet tucked away spot, right off the hwy just before mirror lake and Kaslo. Super healthy and delicious foods eat in or easy take out, gorgeous outdoor seating, loved the sweet and savory treats with friendly customer service. Check it out! Yum!

    This is such a special place! We are glad we saw the road signs and stopped in for a treat and drink. We had a delicious golden milk and tea along with an apricot cookie that was soo good. The service was amazing and so kind! We 100% recommend! They even have a fridge of foods you can take home to warm up, we wish we had a stove or microwave because those items looked amazing too!
