     • Corrective Action(s): Operator is advised to incorporate a final sanitizing step using 100ppm chlorine solution of 200ppm quats solution.

     • Observation: Mouse activity noted with minor amounts of droppings in corners and hard to reach areas. No food access noted. Gaps in foundation floor wall noted along the north edge of concession, likely providing access for rodents.
     • Corrective Action(s): Fill gaps along north wall/floor especially at NE corner with product that will preclude rodent entry. Steel wool in combination with filler a viable barrier. Send pics when completed. Complete within 30 days.
