     • 1) Some food vendors had cooking equipment set up on the ground with wood chips.For events that run longer than 1 day, vendors must ensure that the floor is constructed of asphalt, concrete, finished plywood, or a similar non-absorbent material.2) Amihan Grill and Bakeshop had physical barrier between the BBQ grill and the public.Cooking devices such as barbeques, grills, deep fryers, and boiling pots must be physically separated from the public by barrier.
   • 23. Has appropriate notification been given for the special event?
     • The organizer did not inform Alberta Health Services regarding the participation of the following food vendors.- Seouly- Kimi's Bakehouse- SummersnowInstruct temporary food vendors and those offering personal services such as henna to submit a vendor notification form at least 30 days prior to the event.
