      • Non tight-fitting seals were present between the waste water tanks, and the plumbing lines on the top of the tank.Tight fitting seals must be present to prevent waste water from leaving the tank and to help prevent contamination.

      • Several dishwashing sinks were missing drain plugs.Ensure that all dishwashing sinks have two-well fitting drain plugs. Drain plugs are required for proper manual dishwashing.
