      • A thermometer is required for inside the refrigerator to monitor the internal temperature.A probe-style thermometer is required to monitor the internal temperatures of foods.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine test strips are required to monitor the chlorine sanitizing solution concentration and ensure it is prepared and used at 100 ppm.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The paper towel in the washrooms must be provided in a dispenser/holder.REQUIRED: Obtain a dispenser/holder for the paper towel in the washroom.

      • The hot water was turned off at both washroom hand sinks.REQUIRED ACTION: turn the hot water on at the washrooms hand sinks. Hot and cold running water must always be provided at sinks.

      • The interior of the refrigerator was measured at 10C (no perishable foods were stored inside at the time of inspection). Servicing is required to adjust the temperature so that the refrigerator can maintain foods at 4C or colder. The refrigerator is not to be used for the storage of perishable food and beverages until PHI returns to verify that the temperature has been adjusted and the refrigerator is confirmed to be operating properly.
