      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Food contact surface sanitizer from the source dispenser at three compartment sink registered <200 ppm QUATs
      • 2) Food contact surface sanitizer in pails with wiping clothes registered <200 ppm QUATs
      • Corrective Action(s): - Staff were able to purchase bleach during the inspection. Staff were able to create a 100ppm chlorine food contact surface sanitizer for the three compartment sink and pails with wiping cloths.
      • - Use chlorine sanitizer until the source QUAT dispenser is able to dispense 200 ppm QUAT food contact surface sanitizer.
      • - Note: 2 ml of unscented bleach (chlorine) is mixed with 1L water to make a 100 ppm chlorine food contact surface sanitizer

      • Observation: Source sanitizer dispenser located at the three compartment sink was not dispensing minimum 200 ppm QUATs food contact surface sanitizer at the time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Service, repair, or adjust the source dispenser such that it can dispense minimum 200 ppm QUATs food contact surface sanitizer.
      • Notify district health inspector once the source dispenser can dispense minimum 200 ppm QUAT solution
