    • 19(2)(b) - FAILING TO PROVIDE ADEQUATELY DESIGNED AND APPROPRIATELY LOCATED HANDWASHING FACILITIES.
      • Keep the paper toweling inside of the dispenser in the staff washroom. Correct function of rear handwash sink paper towel dispenser (batteries were replaced).
    • 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, & SANITATION PROGRAM.
      • Provide staff with storage facilities for all personal items in suitable location (e.g. Lockers). Provide bearded employee with beardnet and ensure used (corrected). Do not use staff washroom for storage (corrected). Keep top of prep. table filled with trays (corrected).
