    • All reusable items and/or equipment cleaned and then disinfected or sterilized, as applicable
      • Fail to clean combs and brushes prior to disinfection. Operator/PSW must clean all combs and brushes prior to disinfection.
      • Operator/PSW must follow the proper cleaning and disinfection or sterilization procedure as per the “Cleaning, Disinfection & Sterilization Flowchart” provided by the health department.
