- - This is not in accordance with the floor plan submitted & approved as the floor plan shows 3 compartment sink. Repair or replace the sinks so that there are 3 compartment sink as indicated in the floor plan. Ensure to follow manual warewashing procedure of wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry.
