- The wall around the newly installed air conditioning lines above the service counter is not fully sealed, leaving gaps and unfinished surfaces. Walls in food areas must be maintained in good repair, with smooth, non-absorbent, easily cleanable surfaces and constructed to control the entry of pests. Please properly seal and finish the wall opening around the AC piping to provide a smooth, cleanable surface and prevent potential pest entry.
