    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • July 11, 2024: The areas of damaged/missing grout between the floor tiles has spread and is more extensive. Renovations that were to have occurred in Fall 2023 as previously indicated by management have not occurred.Sept 1, 2022:Sections of grout in between the floor tiles is missing/damaged throughout the food handling areas and dish wash area.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Some of the utensils used in the cook line area are only being sent for washing once a day.- Send utensils for washing at minimum every 4 hours or sooner if required.
