      • The Hobart high temperature mechanical dishwasher is not capable of functioning properly when tested as error code "E3" flashes on the screen indicating that it is not filling properly according to Google. The unit did reach an initial temperature maximum of 171C exceeding the minimum of 160C on the information plate.Manager and staff have been advised that approval cannot be granted until confirmation is received that the dishwasher has been serviced if needed and is functioning properly.
