- A copy of the facility's current food handling permit was emailed to the operator while onsite and was printed.The permit was displayed in a location that is visible to the public.

- Two metal spatulas which had wooden handles were present at the cook station during the inspection. The handles of both utensils were damaged and had been wrapped / repaired in part with duct tape.Duct tape is not a cleanable surfacing and may pose a sanitation risk.The two indicated utensils were removed from use at the time to be discarded, or to have their wooden handles replaced. A spatula that was in good repair was located onsite and brought to the flat top for use in food preparation.
