      • **The upright cooler #2 ambient temperature was measured at 48F. The internal temperature of bread sandwich in the cooler was measured at 46F. Temperature logs showed that the cooler had been maintaining a safe temperature prior to the inspection. The operator was directed to monitor the cooler to ensure it maintains a temperature of 40F or colder- Hot holding units were at proper safe temperature

      • There was no sanitizer in the pail for wiping cloths. The operator stated that they ran out of sanitizer about three days ago. Operator stated they placed an order and still waiting from it to arrive from the states. The operator was directed to pick up a sanitizer from the local store.PHI later received a picture of QUATs sanitizer.

      • The operator had been cleaning dishes/utensils with just soap and water. The operator stated that they ran out of sanitizer about three days ago.
