- Open foods are kept in hot-holding unit and served to customers upon request. There is dust from the renovation building up on surfaces. *Package the foods into individual portions in the kitchen prior to moving to the hot-holding unit.

The lids are provided on the counter in a holder. *Store the coffee cup lids in such a way to protect the lids from any construction dust. *There is some dust build up on counters and pre-packaged foods. Regular cleaning will be required to reduce construction dust build up.
