      • Observation(s): Low temperature glass washer was non-functional. Please repair. Spray bottles with unknown chemical were not labelled. The bottles were emptied to be refilled with the sanitizer of appropriate concentration and labelled.

      • Observation(s): *Repeat Infraction -> Noted on previous inspections* Operator stated that glassware was washed in 3 compartment sink onsite and then put through glasswasher for high temperature sanitizing rinse. Glasswasher onsite is a low temperature chemical glasswasher and did not achieve an acceptable chemical sanitizing rinse. Operator stated that no chemicals are provided to washer feed. Ensure that glassware is properly cleaned and sanitized to remove/prevent contamination. Either use a 3 compartment sink method, or (if able) utilize the dishwasher at the main kitchen to clean and sanitize glassware.
