- The sanitizer concentration in the dishwasher was initially measured at 0 ppm. The manager immediately contacted maintenance personnel to resolve the issue. In the meantime, the manager was instructed to use the dishwasher to wash the dishes and use the two-compartment sink to sanitize the dishes.

- The ventilation hood was observed to have grease accumulation on certain sections. The manager directed staff to clean the affected areas during the inspection.

- 1. The concentration of the Quats sanitizer was measured to be between 50 to 100 ppm. Please make sure that the Quats sanitizer concentration is always maintained at 200 ppm.2. No Quats test strip was available onsite. Please ensure that test strips are provided all time in the facility for proper monitoring of sanitizer concentration.

- The QUATS sanitizer concentration was measured at 0 PPM. The operator replenished/changed the sanitizer spray bottle solution during the inspection and was eventually measured at 200ppm.Ensure to always change the QUATS sanitizer every 3-4 hours since the concentration tends to decrease with time/use.
