      • * Open canned cheese sauce was found in the freezer. There was not much cheese left in the can, but the can condition was not in good repair. Discarded during the inspection by the operator.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • * Grease accumulatio at exhaust canopy filters. * Aluminum foil covered the cooking surfaces were not in good repair, or clean. Please ensure cleaning of the areas are completed and replace and damaged dirty surface covers.

      • Dirty cleaning cloths were stored on top of the sanitizer.*The operator immediately removed the dirty cloths and placed them in the designated dirty cloth bin.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Handwashing sink was blocked at the time of inspection.*Operator removed the items form the sink.

      • 1. Water leak was observed in the plumbing system underneath the 3-comp sink.- Repair the leak.2. Hot water tank was not operational and turned off due to cracked internal component as per operator. When turned on during inspection, significant water leak observed from the tank.- Repair the hot water tank and ensure it is capable to provide adequate supply of hot water at all times.
