      • 1) Evidence of a past water leak along the roof/ceiling line was observed. Ensure the roof is sufficiently repaired to prevent further water intrusion and possible damage to building materials, prior to facility opening.
    • 14. Is this facility properly heated to ensure client comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) At the time of inspection, the set temperature on the thermostat was 21 degrees Celsius but the actual temperature was 15 degrees Celsius.Flooring surface temperature was 12 degrees Celsius.Both building owner and daycare operator stated they would have the furnace looked at.

Ensure the roof is sufficiently repaired to prevent further water intrusion and possible damage to building materials, prior to facility opening. 2) Original flooring to remain in facility with potentially some washable foam matting or rugs in some areas.

      • Please ensure all non-daycare related items are removed from facility, particularly all the items in the back (corner) storage area.
