- There was no thermometer in fridge of home economics room. There was no cooking thermometer in home economics room. Please purchase thermometers.

- Hand soap dispenser in canteen kitchen was empty. Staff filled up soap. It is recommended that a liquid hand soap with pump be used to prevent contamination.
